Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped from our fulfillment partners. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location and customs processing. We ship this way so we can offer considered, tested products without the markup of domestic warehousing - we'd rather be upfront about the wait than promise something we can't deliver.

Do you ship to Finland?
Yes, along with most of the EU, the UK, US, and more. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes - you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

What if I want to return something?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
