Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We want you and your pet to be happy with your PawGlow purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds process works.

 

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

 

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@pawglow.xyz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as grooming tools and lick mats that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Because our products ship from overseas fulfillment centers, please note that return processing may take longer than with domestic retailers. Thank you for your patience.
